How to show blocks only to guests

How do I display a particular block only to guests?  If I only check "Guests" in the list of membergroups able to see the block, members of other membergroups can see the block as well.

yes you can do this , click on this icon

on your control panel of blocks

and use checkbox to make anyone see it

choose what you like .

That's what I did and I still see it.

Ah, it seems like Admins can still see it but not members.  Is that a feature or bug?

Admins can see all blocks at all times, and it is not a bug
