Menu bars in tinyportal

hey guys! I'm new to the tiny portal community and to using tinyportal and I'm loving it. I just have a few questions. I added a menu bar on my portal and called it "site navigation" using blocs. However, I want another menubar on the left side of my page also with another name and different categories, however tinyportal automatically uses the "site navigation" menubar. Is there anyway that i can change that? Additionally, how can I upload my own banner to the tinyportal front page I created (where the user info box is at the very top) and can I add pictures and javascript (more specifically a random image photogallery) to my page in one of the blocks? if so, how? I really really appreciate any kind of help anyone can provide.
