okay i cant add anything to shout box, make a new block and i think articles are messed up

should i just redownload the orignal files with smf and tp and overide those files?

i deleted the group mod and still cant make blocks

Have you tried to run the manual install file to make sure your database is not missing any tables or settings? After doing that I would suggest uploading a fresh set of files and replace your TP files.

i replaced the 4 tp files already and nothing
