When logging in at any given page on the board, you are automatically referred to the index page of the board. How about remembering where you are instead?

Bjørn

uhmm..that one I have to think about. Is it like that in a normal SMF installation? Have to check.

Bjørn

No, as far I can see the normal SMF also goes to frontpage. I would have to interfere with the login routine then, and that one I rather leave alone.

Burpee

Already requested the same thing on the SMF boards. We'll see what they think.

There's a easy fix for that.

Its on the charter member board, so you have to be a memeber to see it...

I think there are some related links in other non-charter member boards...

I am having a weird problem... which was not there until I tried a different theme, put up an article on the main page, or fiddled with the blocks (moved them around)... one of these..

Whenever I log in or log out, it just gets stuck at the logout or login redirection page.

Which means after I log in, whole pages returns BLANK white page, and just sits like that, until I go BACK and hit Refresh, it won't refresh.

Same thing with Log Out.

In/Out performs perfect, but won't come back to the main page..

I have not done the above fix or any modification to the redirect code.

Thanks in advance! :(

AFAIK, TP does not affect the login routine. This seems like something you might want to ask or search for over at SMF.

:( This became like the software/hardware ball throw, during support sessions from one or the other, when they say it is the software manufacturer, and the other says it is the hardware manufacturer.. :(

Please take a look at:

Edit: *today, I came back to my PC and tried to login, it worked just fine, and logged in and redirected back to index. and tried logging out, and it also redirected back to index. I will keep trying to see what it was that prevented redirection pass index.php?action=login2.
