Three problems I'm aware of:

1.  "show posts since last visit" no longer shows any posts
2.  frequent timeout errors
3.  requests to verify I want to change a password when I wasn't changing a password.

There was a parse error, but the error message was specific enough I was able to locate it and fix it.

I have SMF 1.1RC2 installed with several mods:
Google Member Map
PJIRC Chat
Ignore User
Award Mod
Googlebot & spiders
Visual Warning

Can anyone help me fix it so TP works?  My members like it.  I like it.  If not, how do I go about returning it to pre-TP status?  I am a newbie, so I admit I am clueless about many things.  I did have the sense to backup the forum before installing each mod, and once a week for good measure.  Unfortunately there have been several days worth of additional posts since the backup immediately preceeding the installation of TP.

Can/will anyone help a poor little newbie out?

What mod or other changes did you apply when you started to loose and experianse the errors?

If not, how do I go about returning it to pre-TP status?

Uninstall the mods (if you get errors, edit and remove the code manually from the files the modification have alterd)
Or upload fresh files and overwrite the ones affected by the mods.  TinyPortal you just upload and overwrite and you have fresh files there

Simply replacing your files to the "pre-TP" state will restore your forum to Normal. You will not lose any posts/topics because they are stored in the database.

Thanks!  You guys are fast!

So....can I start all over from the beginning with a fresh copy of SMF, install only the TP mod, get it running properly, then install my other mods?

Am I likely to encounter the same problem again that way, or would changing the order mods are installed likely have any effect?

I would like to get TP working on my site if at all possible.

Yes you can, Just make backups of the entire forum and database before you start to delete all the files.

Some mods have tables in the database, so those you have to manually delete from the database, leave the rest as is in there.

Then upload new SMF files and download the repair_settings.php from SMF forums downloadsection, and run it through your browser.
