XML parser for Tiny Portal?

Im curious as to getting an XMP parser for Tiny Portal or a good way to parse XMP feeds into either java or php.

Il like to add this link: http://bf2tracker.com/livefeed/xml_clanprofile.php?clanid=1200 as an RSS feed, but it wont work, and I suspect that TP does not support XML.

It says it does, in the Newsletter settings but I havent been able to get it to function. 

Ultimately I want to parse that feed into a block.

I'm currentlyl working on this for my site, its XML not XMP. I was able to get it working for my servers using the serverspy xml feed but it was mostly built already, now I'm trying to learn how to do it from scratch for any type of XML feed.
