Website Hacked

My website running SMF RC1 and Tiny Portal was hacked this morning- the hacker was able to edit the index.php file I THINK, to redirect all those who attempted to view the website to his own

Are there any known security issues with TinyPortal- or specifically the ShoutBox?

If you do a little search you will find that there is an security update for the shoutbox

OK so there was a security issue which could have allowed a hacker to do this yes?? And this update will fix the problem?

I now know my website was found by the hacker by searching in google turkey for "powered by tinyportal"- they had found this problem and obviously tried to find as many sites to hack as possible.

There has been some issues with hacking attempts lately, but Bloc were on it pretty fast and came up with this update the same morning as the first report was delivered here.
Update with the files and you should be safe

I have updated the files but I have other problems now. I replaced the index.php and security.php files with the non tinyportal ones before I actually knew what was causing the problem. That got the actual forums working, but obviously not TinyPortal.

Now when I try to restore the tinyportal index.php it doesn't work. Basically, where can I find manual install instruction for the latest version of TinyPortal?

Never mind, everything is fixed and peachy again. All is left to do is contact the hackers internet provider
