Is it possible to have an entry/link in a content block (left side) link to a center block IFRAME that will only show when the individual clicks the link?  In other words, I don't want it to be displayed at all times in a center block when someone clicks HOME....

I run a gaming guild site, and basically want to have this page http://www.rpgoutfitter.com/wow-gm-rs/guild.cfm?guild=Final%20Rites@Stonemaul as an IFRAME or possible  PHP/JS INCLUDE, but only available from a link in a left side content block.

Hopefully that's clear hehehe

why not post it as an article that has an iframe tag?

just create a center block for your site, and have the ifram show the content of your home page by default, that way when they click the link it replaces the default content of the frame with the page you want.

Is there a guide to using articles?   I can just get an article to show on the front page, and I would like to have a block that links to articles (and not have them show up on the front page).

Next, using this code in an article, I get a blank small frame:

<iframe
src="http://www.rpgoutfitter.com/wow-gm-rs/guild.cfm?guild=Final%20Rites@Stonemaul"
width="100%"
height=575
scrolling="auto"
frameborder=0
marginwidth=0
marginheight=0>
This option will not work correctly. Unfortunately, your browser does not support Inline Frames
</iframe>

Do I have to use single quotes instead of double?

Are you using a html article? It should work. I do not see nothing wrong with your code, except you should add a frame name.

Isent the code missing one > in the first row?

like <iframe> instead of <iframe ?

Crip

height=575
---------------
should be:
height="575"
I have become comfortably numb!

I figured out how to link to the module, but that iframe is showing up blank.  Even if I have a width/height tag incorrect, it should still show the frame - but it is blank.  I'm at a loss here...

SS attached.

Quote<iframe>
src="http://www.rpgoutfitter.com/wow-gm-rs/guild.cfm?guild=Final%20Rites@Stonemaul"
width="100%"
height="575"
scrolling="auto"
frameborder=0
marginwidth=0
marginheight=0

</iframe>

Try that

Ok gentlemen, I figured this out as well.  The option to USE FRAME FROM THEME was selected within the article, and that was what was causing my problem.

Thank you for jaring the brain cells :o  Please change this topic to [SOLVED].
