If you had it you would know about its use. See http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-9-Manual/security-guide/s1-wstation-privileges.html

Have you contacted your host?

crip.... he can't chmod if he does not own the files/directories in question.

Yes I have but honestly my Webhost sucks but I cant complain it is free.
I have not the only ftp username and account I use is the one that I use to log into Cpanel with.

You get what you pay for ;)

How long have you been waiting for your host to respond?

Well like a day and a half. Ya  I know its really not that long but you know how impatient I am Phil. XD
Well I am slightly irratated to cause I have a paid account to and I cant use it for what I want to now because of this.

That is too long!

patience.. ;D, no worries Mitch, I am also very impatient when it comes to server support. If you can afford $7 - $10 per month you should switch hosts.

I do pay 7-10 a month for one of them. But that is something that I really cant pay for right now becuase Well I lost my job and this month is already paid for and I was going to upgrade my account so I could host other sites. So I would have my own minisever. He has a tech team that he pays out of the arse for. But I have no way to contact them.
