When I got a new theme, that is TP compatiable, I lost the bars.
How do I get them back up?

The theme you install is TP compatible ?
Are you sure ?

Mrdudecool

Well the theme I used to be using is and it is the same one I just changed the colors

Check the TP settings then.
The bars are on there ?

Are you sure that you not alter any code in the index.template.php of the theme ?

Mrdudecool

what should the code be?
I am not very good at that kind of stuff

You dont seem to have TP installed. You need to install TP and use TP enabled themes.

Switch to the default theme, install TP, then install a TP Theme that you'd like to use.

Mrdudecool

But, this theme is the babylon theme which supports TP just coloured differently.

Yngwiedis

Not all themes are supporting TP.
For example, the babylon theme you said had 2 versions.
One for SMF only, and one for TP.
So you had the correct version ?
