IP Address of shoutbox poster

I need to find the IP address of a guest who posted in my shoutbox.

I need this VERY urgently because he's a suspected rival who hacked my site.
He posted in the shoutbox "boom" after which the forum encountered multiple errors.
Thus i need to find his IP address so that i can ban him.

Try raw access logs from your server.

Check in your moderation files, see who's doing what .. if you have that fetcher enabled.

currently you cannot see ips of users who post in the shoutbox,

as borgBOB suggested, try lookin at your cpannel logs/access logs

Okay. but there are just TOO many ip's in there.
