autostart shockwave video

Hi.
I have a TP block running with this video code.It runs fine but I want it to autostart and , try as I might, with adding <param name="AutoStart" value="true" />  I can;t get it to work. Anyone know how to do it ?

As far as I know a flash file will not auto play unless specifically coded to do so. I don't know much about this stuff though. I couldn't even get your video to play though to test anything. Where did you get the code? It looks like it's invalide with some extra/duplicate tags.
