error in creating and editing php article

It was working fine last time and now it stop working and i don't know why. I can create and edit html but when creating php articles it displays this.

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I recently upgrade my smf to version 2.0.4 but i dont think that it is causing the problem. I have redo my upgrade and still the same happen. My tinyportal version is 1.105 .

Any idea what is seem the problem. Thanks in advance.

Ask your host to disable mod_security and see if that cures your problem.
