Hide boards from recent topics

SMF 2.0.2
TP 1.107

Hallo.
Is there a way to hide selected boards or categories from the recent topics block ?
I need that very much.

Not from the code included in TP. You'll have to use a custom block code snippet. We have several in our block code boards if you take a quick search.

Thank you.
I only found the Recent topics for SMF2 block code but is a little bit to much for me and has no avatars like the original.
Maybe is there a way to put a couple lines of code somewhere to hide specific boards from the "original" Recent Topics block? If there was the possibility for Categories or Topics too, would be much better.
