Show downloads to users that can't download

How to show download category and files to visitors that aren't registered to the forum and then that are not allowed to download files?
They should get a message like this: "Please register to download this file".

How to do that?

I dont think that is a built in feature to TP, so my guess is that you have to find some one to code  that for you somehow

Could perhaps be, but as tp's development is in a stage to just get it stable, i dont think that feature will be implemented into the package anytime soon.

Do you know if there is any quick modify that I could apply to current version of TP to obtain this modification?

It's not a quick modification no. It would require adding a new permission and checks for this permission etc. in multiple places. Sorry.
