Move blocks to specific place in theme

Hiya, i'm currently trying to convert our current guildsite to SMF with tinyportal, so far it's going great with the design but i have one major issue, the blocks render inside my "content" area and i was wondering if it would be possible to force them to appear somewhere else defined in the index.template.php ?

Looks like the theme you are using has its own side panels.  Is this the case?    http://smf.loyaltyguild.eu/index.php

What were you converting it from? as you mentioned in your post above.

That's indeed the case, it's a theme I made couple a years ago to work with our e107 CMS (can be seen here: ht tp://www.loyaltyguild.eu)
Just wondering if I can code those panels in the theme somehow or any pointers how to adjust my theme to work with tinyportal

You're going to have to use either the side panels you made, and turn off the tinyportal ones (left and right panels).  Or get rid of yours, and use the Tinyportal ones, which would be your best bet tbh.   You can add styling to those to match your theme.

There isn't room for both sets of panels.  You should be able to do what you need and more with the TP side panels anyway.

Actually, your best bet would be use this theme, which is already based around WoW, and is compatible with SMF 2.0.1 and it works with TP straight out of the box.   http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?lemma=2452  It has 13 theme layout variations included, you can see here, running in Tinyportal http://themes.e-debatten.dk/index.php?theme=18

Thx but not really the solution i was looking for So it's not possible to use custom tags like {PANELLEFT} or something like that to make tinyportal use those ones instead of the default posistions?

Not sure I understand tbh.  What's wrong with adding your content to the TP sidepanels?  Then get rid of your panels. That would solve your issue, wouldn't it?

There's nothing wrong with adding the content in the TP sidepanels, that's what I want, i just want them to render outside the middle area of my theme if you understand what i mean. The left blocks you see on there now are just to show where I want them to be, not supposed to be hardcoded

So view your site with the SMF default theme curve again, http://smf.loyaltyguild.eu/index.php?theme=1  this is not the layout you're after?
