Article/Download functions - not work

Related Error messages: Article/Download functions is not work in articles section
in download section all bloks work properly
If i select one of this:
Articles: recently written
Articles: top views
Articles: top comments
block is not work and main page is corrupt and all other blocks is not show, but not errors show. Look In image file
