Bottom Panel Blocks not displaying

I have the Bottom Panel Blocks enabled but nothing is displaying. I was trying to use HTML, but I tested it with several other blocks such as User, Stats and still nothing is displaying. It was displaying before I upgraded.

Although you have the blocks enabled in the bottom posititions, please just check your panel settings, (TP Admin > Panels) and make sure the bottom panels are activated.

That's what happens when you upgrade in the middle of the night. Somewhere along the lines, somehow, neither the on or off radio button was marked. First time I've seen that happen. It was working. I imagine something I did in trying to get in all the manual tweaks and swapping database files in and out to get the new 2.0.1 and new Tiny Portal goofed it up. Too many dots and checkboxes I guess for that time of the night. I swear I looked at it 3 times but most likely, my mind told my eyes that I hadn't changed it so it must be checked! Thanks for reminding to double-check the obvious. Still testing everything after the upgrades. I'll be glad when the major changes are all stable again. Thanks.
