Recent Posts not showing for Admin

On my site I can't see the "recent posts" right column.
I am the owner / admin of the site.

Every other user group can see it but me.

floyd, TP 0.9.8 is several years old now, and is not really supported anymore. I can only suggest you check and make sure that you have no upshrinked the panel by accidentally clicked on the icon next to your menu.
