Having problems with hyperlinking on frontpage

If you look on the sides, the hyperlinks go back to the frontpage, but in the code it is definitely not.

The link on the left - "barbarian" or any other links i put in myself dont work.

If it is an html block make a link like this:

You have some extra quotation marks in your code.

I would like it to go to the sub forum "barbarian" section in the forums. it just goes to the front page for some reason - along with all other hyperlinks i put in.
