Tinyportal 1.0 RC2 charset `ISO-8859-2' not supported, assuming iso-8859-1

Hello everyone!
I installed it Tinyportal 1.0 RC2 and the next mistake appears into the error log, somebody would be able to help that why?
The lingual characters of the tinyportal though iso-8859-1

Not sure what to do about this. The html_entity_decode function does not support your language character set. I'll have to study more on what can be done.

Change your character set to a supported one? Other than that, no I have no idea.

For us for Europeans and very big trouble.
An error message arrives ISO 8859-2, ISO 8859-1 coding.

I understand that tamasir. What I am saying, is that the PHP function does not support your character set. Until I have time to figure out a way around that, you'll have to either use another language, or suffer through the error. Sorry.
