can't access block section

After installing TP 1RC2 and SMF2 I noticed my front page isnt displaying the bottom of the page- turns out my Recent Posts block isnt working so I went in to try and edit it (or completely delete it) and I get blank screen when I try to access the Blocks page-/index.php?action=tpadmin;sa=blocks
Everything else seems to work but that.

Any clue?

Welcome to the TP Support site.

This will sometimes happen if the code in one or more of your blocks or articles was originally designed to work with SMF 1.1.x and thus will not work with SMF 2.0

When this happens, the errant code will need to be updated for SMF 2.0 or you will need to use another block code snippet that does the same thing but works for the latest SMF.

The problem with the blank screen will happen if you have blocks set to show in the TPAdmin area, not always a good idea.  In this case, if the block is keeping you from seeing the entire FrontPage, it will do the same thing in the Admin area.  To get through this to turn off the block, if you are logged in as an Admin, you can use a link like this to get to the block page without showing the blocks --> www.YourSite.com/index.php?action=tpadmin;sa=blocks;noblocks

Of course, you will have to change "YourSite.com" to the url for your site.

cool(THANK YOU) that worked but Im confused-
I know what block it is causing the problem- I actually cut off right side all together and it worked so I can see the FP in full. I was still getting the blank screen (until I used your link-all fine and dandy cause I CAN NOW get in) BUT why does it do this still?
Its in the admin section and I dont have anything on in there at all? - in fact I have hide all panels in admin section checked.

Well, it's hard to say why you aren't seeing anything in the Admin section.  Actually, are you talking about the TPAdmin area?  Something like not seeing parts of the Admin section could have something to do with the default Forum language for your Forum.  If it's some language other than English or English-utf8, it could simply be that you don't have the TP language files in there for your language.  What is your default Forum language?  Maybe you could show us a screenshot of what you are seeing on a particular page and I would be able to take a guess as to what is going on.  Either that, or maybe you could setup a temporary Admin account to let me login and look at it myself.  If you want me to do that, you will need to make a few more posts in order to send me a PM with the information I'll need ...

Now even the link you provided doesnt work
(However, I was at home earlier and now at work)

Its blank- just white the entire page like nothing loaded and only on that particular page- everything else in TPAdmin works fine.

Do you get any errors in your Forum error log when viewing this page?  Also, what is your default Forum language?

That can happen if the code in the block dosen't have a proper closing tag, or some other code in that block can mess with the whole site/page.

Maybe you could post the code you are using in the FB mod, and someone will try to see what is wrong!
