I only have 4 categories but have 21 articles and this goes happen to guests only as no member would tr to access a non-existent category.

Here's the code with a little before and after it. The line in question is in red.

Quote// any child categories?
   if(!empty($context['TPortal']['category']['children']))
      category_childs();

   render_template_layout($grid[$category['options']['layout']]['code'], 'category_');

   // any pageindex?
   if(!empty($context['TPortal']['pageindex']))
      echo '
   <div class="tp_pageindex_lower">' , $context['TPortal']['pageindex'] , '</div>';
}

The underscore at the end of category is something new to me. Perhaps article and category numbers are being confused with each other?

That error is from having a category that doesn't have any default layout selected. Go in and look at your categories and check a radio box for the two layout options. This has been fixed in the next release.

I saw another topic about that but thought mine was a bit different.

Thanks, bro. :)
