Related Error messages: Unable to load the 'main' template.

When I click on TP Simple Shout I get this error message.  URL is: http://www.connectedvancouver.ca/BML/index.php?action=tpmod;shout

Doesn't matter what theme I'm using.  I've searched for this error and found many topics, but didn't see anything that would help me fix it.

You are obviously clicking on "TP Simple Shout" under the TPAdmin Modules page to get this.  That's an incomplete url.  We should probably fix this.

If you want to administer the Shoutbox, click on "TPShout" under the TP Modules area.  That would direct you to this --> /index.php?action=tpmod;shout=admin which is correct.

Ahhh, thanks.  I just saw a link I couldn't access and didn't realize it was already something I had access to somewhere else.  Is there still the advanced SB somewhere or is that gone now?
