I can't track down this error

OK, I only have SMG 2.0 RC3 and TinyPortal 1.0 beta 5.3 installed.  I've searched the forums since install and for the life of me I can't seem to find a solution to this error in my log.  It happens it a member is signed in or a guest.  This is what I'm seeing and it is the same error over and over again.

It's driving me nuts any help would be appreciated on what to look for and where to find it.  Thanks - Guy

It is likely a block that you have which may have some code that is not working. Disable all blocks and add them in 1 by 1 to see if you can figure out which one.
