The "Choose your extra membergroups that can edit this block only." in a block is not working. If I setup a group there to get manage access to the block they still can edit it (dont get the E nor can visit the blockedit= link directly).
Currently I can only get it to work when I give that group the "manage_blocks" rights in the permission section, but then they have that right with every block and not the one I want them to have.

This worked till I upgraded to beta 5-1, last one I used before I think was beta 4.
