User Block Edit

Sorry if this has been asked, or if this is in the wrong place, I have done a search and could not find anything on it, maybe I was using the wrong search terms?

What I want to do is edit out some of the items (highlighted in yellow in the image) in the menu of the "User" block. Is it possible and what files do I need to do this in?

I hope that you understand that those are seen by the admin and not by the normal users unless you have set their access to have the ability to do what one of those menu entries allows.

Yes I am aware of that, I just personally find it unecessary when I can access them from the "ADMIN" center itself. It is a quirk of mine. So I would like to "//" them out of whatever file they are in.

The best thing to do is create another block with just the features you want for it. There are similar available in block snippets, but none for SMF 2.0.

As I cannot code that well, i would just like to edit the area where this code is found. I looked in the Block Snippets and there is nothing there like this block.

Check out TPsubs.template.php in Themes/default/ (or create a copy inside a new theme) and find the function TPortal_userbox().

That function does all of the links, so if you wish you can just remove the entries you don't need.

AWESOME!! That worked great Bloc!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!  I was even able to move the avatar to the top of the box!
