[bugtracker] Multiple Posts Shown on FP with Layout Type #4

When Layout Type 4 (Picture + Article) is selected and "Use first post
attachment preview as illustration?" is set to "Yes" and the actual post has
more than 1 picture attachment, a post will be shown on the FP for each
attachment.  Example is as follows (at least temporarily available) ...

On my test site -->

1.  The post "PIX Attachment Test #2" is shown twice because 2 pictures
are attached to the actual Forum post.

2.  Another example, same site.  The post called "Test with Multiple PIX
Attachments" shows 4 posts on the FP, each with a different picture
because 4 pictures were attached to the actual Forum post.  Each post
shown on the FP is the same post, but each one is shown with a different
picture.

In both cases above, only 1 Forum post should be shown on the FP, each
with the "first post attachment" shown.

Indeed a tough bug to locate lol, but it seems a "GROUP BY" helped, as the reason was that any topic could match several attachments.

Fixed for TP 1.0 beta5.2
