[TP1b5-1+SMF1.1.11] characters like à, è, ù are displayed wrongly

Hello guys,

I've installed in test TP1b5-1 from TP1b4. I noticed that on BBC articles, all titles and Shotbox, characters like à, è, ù are displayed as ÃÆ'Ã,¨, ÃÆ', ÃÆ'Ã,¹.

Same thing on TP1b5

I have the same problem in Shoutbox for characters used in Turkish: Ã,,±, Ã,,Ÿ and ç.

I did not have this problem in beta 5, but do have it on 5-1. SMF is 2.0 RC3.

Can verify this to, when use Swedish Ã…-Ä-Ãâ€" here on TP aswell as my testsite the letters are showing the wrong encoding.
