Missing TP admin menu

you dont have a TP Help Llnik on the [Help] ..... where did you get the Theme? Crip Board?

I did a search earlier and saw that the utf8 was an issue for a lot of people but in this install there is no option for utf8, only English.

I think this site is a couple of years old and I know at one time the menu had to be there to edit the blocks that are still visible in the portal home page.

I'm not sure where this template came from.

I see the "Latest news from www.tinyportal.co.uk" page, can you post the rest of the menu links please, maybe I can get by for now hard coding the menu.

Sounds like you're missing some edits and stuff from the installation of TP. If I were you I'd run through the manual process and check to make sure all files have been uploaded, and all the SMF files have been edited. Here's the instructions for the edits that you can check.

ah crap. That would probably be because Bloc hasn't been able to get the Doc site backup since moving... I'll see if I can't find a copy of the instructions some where around here.
