Aprovecho el tema para una consulta similar con el editor de articulos en TinyPortal 1.0 beta4.

Cuando elijo el tipo de articulo en BBC, los caracteres especiales como: ñ, á, é, í, ó, ú, etc aparecen como carteres raros asi: ÃÆ'Ã,±
