How to change the place of the articles and block on the frontpage ?

I just want use an article (the one I've been set as feature) for hot news and replace to recent post block at the center block, and set the recent post block to the position between hot news articles and headline news. See this picture for example:

Why don't you just put everything in frontpage or center blocks?

yes, I'm sure for that, but I just want change position between of them onlyÃ, 

Then I've a problem with Firefox browser too, the scrollbar appear on the articles when I using FireFox to browse my site, hix hixÃ,  T-T !
