Question with TP Front Page

Hello,

Had a general question regarding TP... I know that the width of a forum can be expanded, but my question is does this reflect on the front page of TP as well? I am asking because I would like to keep my forum as is right now, but would like to expand my front page a bit so fliers appear a bit more.. Please refer to the link posted you can get a idea of what I am talking about.  :up:

if you are using the same theme on the Front Page as you are on the Forum Board Index, the widths will be the same.  In other words, it you change one the other one will change as well.

I could probably figure out what you'd have to change to adjust the width on both but, because this is one of their premium themes, and you can likely get this question answered better by them in their Premium Boards, I am going to suggest that you ask this question over at http://www.dzinerstudio.com/ ~ The reason I am saying this is because I am not familiar with the theme.  They may have an option in their theme settings that allows you to change the width without editing a file.  I just don't know.

Let me mention this though.  Changing the width is basically a theme question but you asked about having a different width on the Front Page than on the Forum.  That's probably a theme question as well but, because there is a feature of TP that allows you to have a different theme on the FP than in the Forum you could run 2 different instances of the same theme, one for the FP and the other one for the Forum.  The one for the Forum could be set for the current width and the one for the FP could be set wider.  I know of at least 1 person who actually has done this so that their FP is wider than their Forum.

got you... will do, thanks... yeah I figure I ask here since it's having to do with TP in a way, but I'll ask to see if just by changing it on the theme will help.
