TPShoutbox Q for the gurus

Its ben awhile,nice to see the same peeps here.I had to rebuild mtsite due to bloody hackers.I installe TPshout and when I use it an click the send btton I get redirected to my forum page.What am I doing wrong?Thanks to all that reply.
