So I installed the Twitter & Facebook Mod.  Didn't like it, so I uninstalled.  No red errors of any kind so I figured it would be ok.

Tried to add a board to my forum and I get this error:
Database Error: Field 'twitter_tpl_text' doesn't have a default value
File: C:\Yadda\Yadda\htdocs\Sources\Subs-Boards.php
Line: 1102
VALUES ($boardOptions[target_category], SUBSTRING('$boardOptions[board_name]', 1, 255), '', 0, '-1,0')", __FILE__, __LINE__);

Ideas on what this is? Or, how I can fix it?

Since I have another issue, I will post it here as well.
This is my other error I can't seem to locate either:
Undefined index: event
File: C:\Yadda\Yadda\htdocs\Themes\default\languages\Post.english.php (main sub template - eval?)
Line: 860

Now, I went to that document and didn't even see anything close to line 860. It only goes to line 175./
Thanks for all the help.

Well, this is the TinyPortal site. We don't know anything about those mods you are talking about. I would bring up your problem with them. It is likely that you'll have to manually uninstall the code that those mods put into your files, or replace all your SMF files with new ones. This will mean installing any other mods you might have though.

massive77

God, I hope not.  Went to Bloc's site.  Told me to come here.  Now, going over to SMF boards.  I hope, Hope, they have good news.  heh.

Thanks IchBin.

bloc

On Blocweb you mentioned a TP specific data table so I guided you here. ;)

But overall I think theres something from those mods still present, affecting several things probably. Like IchBin suggested, uploading new files for upgrade, and running upgrade, will correct it.

massive77

Forgive me for my ignorance--upgrade?  Could you kindly tell me what I am upgrading.  SMF or TP?

Is there a guide on how to do this?  I just don't want to lose all the work I have put into it already.

IchBin

By upgrade, he means uploading the files from the upgrade package of SMF. This means losing all mods that you have installed. If you don't want to lose work, your only option is to go through the files that each of your mods modified, and correct the code manually. You can see what files the mod edits by going to the mod page at SMF and clicking the "Manual Install Instructions for SMF" drop down for your version SMF.

Ok.  Thank you IchBin.

Here goes nothing!   :P

Figured it out.

Had to go to my MYSQL and find smf_boards.  I had to edit the structure and delete additions that the mod(twitter & facebook mod) had made.

Once that was complete, everything was fine.

Thanks again for all your help.  I appreciate your patience with me.

*Cheers!

IchBin
