TP Simple Shout - No Admin

The shout box is working but I havent been able to ADMIN anything with it as the page will not load.
Its listed in the modules  & activated but when I click (Admin) it takes me to a block that says "An Error Has Occurred!" When I click (TP Simple Shout) in the modules area I get a slightly different error. "Unable to load the 'main' template. "

Im seeing this as well in the forum error log:

PS: Is the shoutbox thats used here on tinyportal forum the TP Simple Shout? Or is this a mod from somewhere? Maby I can use an alternative mod? I like the avatars in the posts like that.

First, check to see if the TPShout.english.php is uploaded to the default and possibly any theme you might be using. That file contains the "cannot_tp_can_admin_shout" code.

The shoutbox here is for the unreleased Beta 5 version. After testing it will be made available. There is no released date for it.

Also, Im running TechHead for TP as a theme..

I see the file under default/languages folder but thats it..
I reset the theme temp to the OEM default smf and still received the same error.

So what would the log error mean?

Undefined index? Maby I should over write a certain PHP file?

Means that you are missing some text string in a language file. Look in the language shout file and see if that is there. If you are using another language then you'll need the same shout language file, only you'll need it in the language you're using.

Not sure of the correct path but tp-files/tp-modules/tpshout/languages/tpshout.english.php is there. Is this the correct file or are you refering to a different folder? (I am using only English)

Yes, but are you using english-utf8 ?

The langauge file and template file should both be in the default theme.

Im using TechHead in English (not sure if its UTF8)
in forum/Themes/techhead11final_tp/languages I only have 4 files.

settings.english.php

umm... what are those number php files? That looks look you've been hacked.

As for the files, they MUST be in the default theme except for the Sources file.

Sorry about the baby steps..

I have these language files and lots more under the default theme.
TPShout.english.php, TPShout.english-utf8.php, TPortal.english.php, TPortal.english-utf8.php

What should I be looking for? Should there be a TPShout admin.english.php file? 

PS: There were 2 odd 139730.php and 183326.php in the default as well. I renamed them. I didnt see anything too bad in them. Here was the content of 1. There was no IP or ports listed and I renamed them so I figured it would be ok to post here. Does it look malicious to you?
