Error log filling up with every action

The error appears for just about every action forum, pm who etc etc

If no one posts, no one knows. I guess the only thing we can suggest is making sure you are using the right version themes for TP/SMF version. Then if that is all good, try uploading some fresh files for TP. Trial and error to fix things most of the time.
