more server errors

These are some errors that I see since I enable the news block I think. Do they concern my host not enabling something.

This is probably something only Bloc can answer. Ask your host if URL file-access is enabled. That might be something I seen on a google search that might affect it.

Well I still need to fix this and I have a big problem I think. I do not know what I should expect to see is I click on the first link in the first post. What I get is here you will find news and updates blablabla and the tp portal logo for smf blicks then dissappears. if i refresh it stays on but that is the only change.

Is this a firewall issue,and if so what is the exact address I would have to permit. I also have many ad sites blocked in my host files. could it be this. This may be whay causes the logo to disappear and only when I refresh does it stay

I think it should be like an rss feed and it is not being allowed to connect.here is what i get when i click that first link in the first error posted

I am not asking anybody to solve my problem just what should I see.

I see no purpose in tp showing me what I get so it must be wrong. Should there be some live feed or something.

never mind I see what it is supposed to be and it must be some server issue.contacted host. Hopefully it is or superQ is in trouble

By default, we turn fopen() off on all of our accounts, and only turn them on for our customers on a per-request basis.  This is a feature that could potentially be used by some scripts for malicious purposes-- so we only enable it when it is required for a particular account.

I have submitted the request already to our server administrators, and I'd expect the change to take place very shortly.

If this does not, however, resolve your issue-- please respond to this ticket.  I will e-mail you in confirmation when the modification has been completed.
