If you search the board for this mod on SMF  WoW Character Profiles  1.9.2 , you will find the answer to your error

None of search results was about TPModules.php

Thats just the point, your error have nothing to do with TP, sometimes an error show a file, but in the end, the error arent even close to the file shown in the errormessage.

Read through the post and check the diffrent ways to solve the issue, and im sure you will find out that TP does not generate the error
