Strange issue: Display size of blocks with Opera and Safari

Hey there,

again, i have some problems and unfortunately i've not been able to fix them by myself.

first of all:

TP version: v1.0 beta 4
Theme name and version: Outline Omega 1.1.5
Browser Name and Version: Firefox 3.5.4, Opera 10.0 Build 1750
Mods installed: Load default language
Related Error messages: --

Not that we got that, the problem is as follows:
When browsing my site using Internet Explorer or Firefox everything is fine.
But when i check the site with firefox and opera there is a problem with displaying the blocks with my menus, shoutbox etc located in the left panel. it looks kinda cut off to a minimal size, as shown on the following screenshots for better understanding.

I tried with installing a completely fresh SMF/TP on a subdomain, same problem.
And regardless what theme i use: it even happens using the default theme.
I also tried with nothing but the left panel block enabled - still the same.

I hope that someone of you has some idea on that issue.

Another minor issue i encountered is that the tp-build-in shoutbox module redirects to the forum index after posting a shout.
I have the shoutbox located in a left panel block and the forums right of it in the middle of the page. (just like it is on here tp.net)
Is there any possibility to make the shoutbox directing back to the place you came from before posting into it?
i know that this are two issues in a single post, i hope you're ok with that, else tell me and i'll open another thread.

okay... i'm too stupid. just figured it out...
for some reason the value for width for the left panel (in tpadmin panel section) was empty. i just set it to 20% and now it looks fine.

but the problem regarding the shoutbox still remains.

I guess then it has been updated since that was posted.. which means our team support link is also out of date for this version.

Play with the code you have.. I can't check it from work, but it's likely to be in this line:

Have you checked both files mentioned in Bloc's post and used the Search? I don't use the shoutbox so I'm not sure if this is a new issue, or one with a working solution.
