Cannot access my Forums or Admin area after installing a RRS Newsfeed Block!

Just found this link to CNN's RSS Feeds.  http://www.cnn.com/services/rss/

I used a Center Block using 'RSS' option. This the Tinyportal Page (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?topic=3788.new#new)

I cannot access my Forums or my Admin area.

the error is (XML error: XML_ERR_NAME_REQUIRED at line 27)

I'm a newbie and I don't know where to find this code. My skill set is very limited
