Review & rating Script in tiny portal..?

Hi there,

Is posible to add an Review Script to tiny portal..?

I mean a post form with 5-6 options and small text area to front page.

And my members can add a review to showing in TP front page.

TP version:10 beta4

nope my friend Ken..    actually no.. i  made 1 test form in attach photo in my last post .. like this i want to be.. is that possible..?  through php Article in "Articles and Categories"  maybe..?
