I cant get this one to work in any kind of block, tho it will work in custom action with HTML.   any ideas?

What do you mean when you say "I cant get this one to work in any kind of block"?  Do you get errors, does the picture not show, does the block not show, or what?  Please Read and Follow the Posting Guidelines, and include a link to your site and information on what kind of block you are trying to use the code in.

ERROR IS NOT ON PAGE NOW, didn't want to leave it up, I attached a screen shot of it.  it works in custom action mod, just not a TP block

He's just added the HTML code in wrong by looking at the shot , simple as 1 , 2 , 3

I used the HTML/BBC block,  as you can see here it works in custome action.. SAME CODE in HTML on custom action.    you can see in screen shot here

And what block type did you use ?  And whats not working ?  We need more info from you in order to help.....

used what was said to use,  the screen shot above and added again below shows whats not working, the EXACT same code copied in two locations, one works (custome action) and one not (TP HTML-BBC block)
