URGENT Help need please!

I was recently trying some new themes on my board and ended up selcting one that appears not to be compatible at all. How do i fix this? I can log in but the boards dont show. When i try to enter the control panel same thing nothing shows.

You can always access another theme when you are logged in as the admin. When things go wrong on your current theme you can access the default theme by using a parameter in your url. The part in bold will show your default theme core.
