HTML Code for TPShout?

Hello. I am using the theme Cargo, and it has a button there for "Chat". Is there anyway I can add a tpshout module to:
http://soldatboards.com/index.php?action=chat

Since this is where the button directs to. Or can I have the html code so that I can make a webpage for that?

Like, it would be nice to add a "Display on custom forum page" setting and all you have to do is put the link.

This is probably a question that you would be better off asking over at Dziner Studio, since you are using one of their themes.  Many themes offer support for various SMF Mods and/or offer the ability to add a menu tab for a custom action.  Because this is one of their Premium themes and I don't know how they handle directing one of their existing buttons in the theme to a different custom action, this is a question that they could answer for you better than we could.  Check with them.  They can probably give you a better answer than we could, especially with this theme.
