Upgrade to latest TP

Hi,

I'm still using TinyPortal version 0.9.8. I'm seeing that most sites use the new 1.0 Beta 4 version now and I would like to upgrade. Is there an easy way to upgrade to the latest version just like how SMF releases easy patches to install through package manager to upgrade? Or do I have to uninstall the older version in order to install the new one?

Mo786, uninstalling the older version first would be a good way to do the upgrade.
One very important point here... you MUST do a backup of your SMF db before the upgrade because should you have problems and decide that you want to go back to TP 0.9.8 you will have to use that backup.
