Busy SMF/Tinyportal Motorcycle Website Offered

Hi all.

Due to personal reasons I need to relinquish my motorcycle community at www.rewindlancs.com

The site is hosted at Monte Carlo Web Hosting and fees are paid until Christmas 2009.

The new owner must be extremely proficient at managing an SMF forum and it would be nice if they also had an interest in motorcycles too! The site has great potential, the new owner must make a committment to continue to develop it and a huge bonus is that paid subs are installed and working flawlessly 

I will be asking for a PayPal fee to secure the transfer of ownership but this is only to ensure that the site goes to a good owner and it is very negotiable.

If I had the time I would love to. I've been into bikes since I was a kid. Racing motocross then finally switching to the street. Currently selling my YZF600R and starting to rebuild an old Honda V65.
I'm still going to think about it, but take an offer if you get one.
Question though: Do you already have moderators at the site who would be willing to work with the new owner?

There are 5 very active mods at the site and they will be staying on.
