Hi, over at my board i just installed TP and ive enabled the TPShout block etc but when you go to my forum the box is there but the actual shoutbox itself doesn't show.

Any reason behind this?

Hi betty,

First of all, go to Admin --> TinyPortal --> Modules and Tags and make sure that the "TP Simple Shout" is turned on.

Secondly, go to Admin --> TinyPortal --> Panels and Blocks and make sure that you Shoutbox block is the correct type.  It should be of the type "TP module".

Third, click the edit link to go into the Shoutbox block edit screen and make sure that the radio button which says "TP Shout" is enabled.  It is below the "Type" dropdown.

If none of these suggestions solves the problem please post back.  Also, let us know if this solved your problem.
