Altering Navigation?

Hi

How can I alter the name Forum below - as an example - to Home?  I have searched but can't seem to find the code where I can alter it.  It isn't the Forum name either but the one that shows after it then the categories follow. 

the Bloc Zone > Forum (want to change this to Home)> Tiny Portal > TP Support and development > Start new topic

Hi

Tried that but the names stayed the same.  Don't forget though that 'About' is the name of my forum in admin.  Only thing is when they click on it it sends them to my frontpage where my 'About' info article is.  About  |  Forum is on my forum heading so I think I need to find some language file somewhere or whatever is making the Forum show as 'Forum'.  If you see what I mean  .  Bit confusing but really boils down to locating where the code is for making the 'Forum' text show.

To be honest I think I will remove the About button and redo how the site functions.  Only installed Tiny Portal yesterday and need to learn how to make menu links for articles etc so that I have better control.
