SMF breaks when switching to a TP theme after TP install

I am my host... and it's Windows causing the problem, more permissions bugs, lots of people have problems with fopen using IIS and PHP.

Fixing the permisions again, I think I found the last "user" that I needed to give permisions to.

I give up, going to reconfigure my linux box and use it (they reason I wasn't using it to begin with is I'm not as familiar with linux as windows)
